Ooltewah Elementary School

C&A provided full MEP&FP engineering services for this project. The design of the school features a conventional geothermal system, providing the central cooling and heating for the building.  Coupled with high efficiency water source heat pumps, demand controlled variable volume ventilation systems, heat pump water heaters, and occupancy based lighting, the building features highly efficient and well controlled MEP systems.  Architecture by Franklin Associates.  Photos property of Campbell & Associates, Inc.
