Red Bank Middle School

The design of the school features a conventional geothermal system, providing the central cooling and heating for the building.  The bore fields are located under the schools soccer fields.  Coupled with ultra high-efficiency water source heat pumps, VAV demand controlled ventilation systems,  heat pump water heaters, and occupancy based lighting, the building exhibits all the features of truly efficient and well controlled MEP systems.  Architectural design by TWH Architects.
