Matthew Williams, P.E., LEED AP
President
Matthew is the President and a principal of Campbell & Associates, Inc., and a Registered Professional Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He has been with the Campbell & Associates, Inc., since 1996. Matt specializes in HVAC and controls design for complex building systems, including geothermal design, providing system comparisons, energy analysis, strategic planning and marketing. Matt is civically active and has served on the Board of Directors for the Chattanooga Jaycees, is an active member of the Kiwanis Club, volunteered for United Way , MDA, serves as a current Board member for the Chattanooga Goodwill Industries, and is a volunteer and past Board member for the Downtown YMCA. C. Randall Metcalf
C.O.O.
Inc., He attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he majored in Engineering. He successfully completed the National Fire Protection Design course that included special extinguishing systems; fire detection and alarm systems, water supplies and fire suppression, passive fire barriers, life safety and fire protection. Randall is a member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, Mechanical Contractor Association Board of Directors and past Chairman and current board member of the Chattanooga Local 43 Plumbers and Steamfitter Joint Apprentice Training Committee. Randall has been with Campbell & Associates, Inc., since 1976.

Michael D. Whitfield
Principal
Mike attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in Electrical Engineering. He joined Campbell & Associates, Inc. in 1993. He now serves as a Director on the Board of Campbell & Associates, Inc. and is a principal of the company. He has design engineering experience involving construction and renovation projects, specializing in electrical design, equipment and controls design, specializing in power, lighting, fire alarm, communications, and other low voltage systems.

Gregory L. Edwards
Gregory holds an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology with Mechanical Option from Chattanooga State Technical Community College, and is a B.S.M.E. Candidate, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has design engineering experience involving construction and renovation projects; specializing in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems. He holds certificates in the Carrier HVAC Design Technical Development Program, TVA Geothermal Heat Pump Program, and AutoCAD Training Program Certificate. Gregory has been with Campbell & Associates, Inc. since 1987.

Brian P. Lynn
Mr. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo, Ohio.
Brian has experience in electrical design and construction documents since 2002. Responsibilities include client and owner coordination, electrical design for life safety, security, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems and power distribution. Project experience includes electrical systems for commercial and institutional facilities.
Brian joined Campbell & Associates, Inc. in December 2013.

Rosa I. Graham
Rosa attended Hillsborough Community College of Tampa, Florida where she studied Electrical Design. She also attended South Texas Community College where she studied and became proficient in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Rosa joined Campbell & Associates, Inc. in 2005. She has 13 years of experience in Electrical Design and Drafting, including all types of retail, industrial, commercial and municipal buildings.

Michael D. Twitty
Michael received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has worked in the field since 1998, and joined C&A in 1999. Mike has experience in HVAC and plumbing design, as well as site and storm drainage. He has since performed design work on theatres, hospitals, shopping center and assisted living facilities. Michael’s focus now has become plumbing and fire protection design, and he is proficient in the use of hydro flow storm water design software to aid in the design of complex storm water runoff and detention/retention solutions.

Tina Campbell
Tina has been associated with the construction industry for over 20 years including employment with Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee and participation in The Construction Specification Institute. She joined Campbell & Associates, Inc. in 2010 as the Executive Administration Assistant and Assistant Bookkeeper.

John Germ, P.E.
John Germ has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. His professional
career began as a Draftsman-Estimator‑Designer with a construction company in Knoxville, Tennessee. He later served four years in the United States Air Force as Captain, serving as Navigator while on active duty. Mr. Germ joined C&A in 1965, and later became the President and CEO, as well as majority share holder of the firm until 2010. Mr. Germ remains involved in the firm, where he serves as a consultant to the company. John has always been and continues to be extremely civically active volunteering to serve the community. -
George S. (Steve) Johnson, Jr.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Mechanical concentration, from then University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He has worked in the field since 1986, working at C&A from 1986-1990, and rejoining the firm in 2015. Steve has experience in HVAC and plumbing design. He has since performed design work on educational facilities, hospitals, restaurants, commercial and municipal buildings, and laboratory facilities. Steve’s focus now has become primarily HVAC design. He has completed manufacturer’s training for multiple VRF systems.

Nikki Pierce
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of West Alabama. She is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers, and the Society of Women Engineers. In January 2023, Nikki joined Campbell and Associates, Inc.

Jakeiry (Pronounced Juh-kay-dee) Y. Morales
Jakeiry attended Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. There she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. She joined Campbell & Associates in December 2022.

Brandon is a mechanical designer with Campbell & Associates. Brandon has experience with all types of packaged and split system HVAC design, as well as an expertise in air distribution.

Lori Wade
Lori has been in industrial sales and supply for the last 23 years. Prior to that she worked for a city in Alabama as a Special Events Coordinator. She joined our team in April 2024 as an administrative assistant.
