East Brainerd Elementary
C&A provided full MEP&FP engineering services for this project, which is slated to open in the fall of 2015. The design of the school features a conventional closed loop geothermal system, providing the central cooling and heating for the building. Coupled with high efficiency water source heat pumps, demand controlled variable volume ventilation systems, bi-polar ionization air filtration, heat pump water heaters, and occupancy based lighting, the building features highly efficient and well controlled MEP systems.
