The Block – High Point Climbing & Rock Creek Outfitters

C&A provided full MEP&FP services for the renovation of the former Bijou theater.  The new space consists of High Point Climbing, Rock Creek Outfitters, and one other tenant lease space.

Building systems for The Block and High Point Climbing feature ultra high-efficiency HVAC systems, LED lighting and energy recovery systems.  Design by River Street Architecture.
