Southern Surgical Arts

This new facility joins Chattanooga’s Southside, and will be home to Southern Surgical Arts.  Campbell & Associates performed full mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design for the building.  Exquisite lighting and energy efficient HVAC systems are found throughout the infrastructure, including operating room HVAC, surgical lighting, and a full complement of specialized MEP items to accomodate the needs of the surgery center and medical spa.  The first and third floors of the building were developed as commercial lease space.  Architectural design was by Hefferlin Kronenberg Architects.
